Our home buying consultancy is designed to help you make informed decisions based on technical, legal and financial criteria — with an expert by your side from the very beginning.
On-site visit (in-person consultancy)
If you already have a property in mind, one of our architects can join you for a technical visit. We assess the condition, structure, possible issues, local planning regulations and renovation potential.
Afterwards, we offer a short video call to discuss any additional findings (such as cadastral info or municipal restrictions).
Duration: 90 minutes
Rates:
- Barcelona city: 250 € (VAT included)
- Metropolitan area: 300 €
- Rest of Catalonia: 350 €
Online consultancy
If you're still considering options or the property is far away, we offer a 90-minute video consultation.
You can share floor plans, photos or property listings. We’ll help you assess whether it’s worth buying, what can be done, likely renovation costs, necessary permits, and whether you’ll need an architect.
Price: €150 (VAT included)
Includes a full written summary after the session — so you can focus on the conversation without worrying about taking notes.
