Our story begins in Barcelona, in 2011, when two female architects, Irene (España) and Sarah (Brazil), they crossed paths at ETSAB. While Irene was finishing her degree, Sarah was starting a master's degree. From this encounter, a friendship was born and, years later, in 2020, we formed In&Out Architects, a firm that reflects our passion for architecture and design.
With more than 10 years of experience in residential and commercial projects, we manage every phase: from planning and site management to post-construction follow-up. We love to explore new innovative solutions and materials, always looking for the right balance between creativity and technical rigour.

As an admirer of places with character, I always yearn to explore destinations within Catalonia, Spain, or beyond. I seek out locales that imbue me with feelings of serenity, enjoyment, calmness, or reverence.
Spanish and Catalan, born in the city of Barcelona in 1984, I graduated in architecture at the ETSAB (Escola Técnica Superior d'Arquitectura de Barcelona) of the UPC (Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya).
Although I have lived in Badalona for 36 years of my life, a city I adore, I also have a special affection for Barcelona for its dynamism, its diverse architecture, its culture, its history... I currently live in Sant Just Desvern, a city that I am gradually getting to know and love above all for its values of union and strength with women.
I have worked in architecture offices, engineering offices, and a renovation company for the past decade. This has equipped me with experience in both designing, executing projects and project management. Benefit from my experience and expertise when designing your home.
At In&Out I am responsible for the DESIGN service and my goal is to simplify decision-making during the crucial process of building and renovating your home, ensuring it is tailored to your daily needs to the fullest extent possible.
I love architecture, both professionally and personally. My vacations typically revolve around exploring new cities, experiencing different cultures, and admiring the design of buildings. Of course, I also appreciate unwinding by the seaside or amidst the hills.
Brazilian, born in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 1985, I graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the Universidade Do Vale Do Rio Dos Sinos (UNISINOS) in 2009. Subsequently, I moved to Barcelona to pursue a master's degree in rehabilitation and restoration of historic buildings at the UPC, which I successfully completed in 2013.
I have over 15 years of experience in the residential and commercial architecture sector, overseeing various project stages, including design, budgeting, project management, commissioning, post-construction and solving problems of pathologies upon occupancy.
At In&Out I am responsible for the CONSULTANCY service and my goal is to simplify the decision-making process during a critical time like a property purchase.
